Accept the terms of the estimate and at the start of the project 20% deposit will be required. Draws will be required during the project, depending on the size of the job there may be several draws or just the deposit then one on completion.
Colours: Choose from Benjamin Moore, Dulux Paints, Beauti-tone. Make sure that you provide Precise Painting with all the colours (Code + Name)
If you have awkward furniture or items you would rather us not move, please do so prior to our arrival.
Please do a general tidy and clean-up. We will be moving most items to the middle of the room, so the less clutter to tackle the better! Also, if we are painting your bathroom, please give it a solid clean before asking us to paint behind the toilet, this is appreciated.
You can do some of the furniture moving for us and even take the wall receptacles down. If you are willing to pitch in to a larger extent let us know at the estimating stage and we might be able to offer you a discount.
If there are repairs needed in the drywall please leave it to our professional staff to do this or a drywall professional. Attempting to do this yourself can lead to more harm than good.
Remember that your house is going to be a construction zone for a few days, especially if we are doing the whole house. There will be some degree of dust from sanding, etc. We always maintain a tidy work environment, but some mess will be created along the way.
If you would like the house to be done section by section just let us know at the estimating stage, so we can accommodate your needs.
